Some customers have called with the problem that their Python or Anaconda shoots high, regardless of having the rear sight cranked all the way down. I am offering this taller front sight as a possible solution for those with this high shooting condition. This front sight has been increased in height by .050” (.230"tall) over the (.180"tall) factory height and .030" taller than the .200" tall Harrison Design HD-021 front Snake Sight. This will let you zero the rear sight without the rear sight being jacked up excessively high.
The serrated sight blade is made in the Improved Ramp pattern to give a sharper, blacker sight image, yet still be good for holster carry in modern good quality gun leather.
The front sight is .125” wide to allow placement of color contrasting features like gold beads, fiber optic rods or tritium lamps.
This HD Snake Sight is a finished front sight, offered in serrated plain black.
