We have had a few of these SERRATED FACE triggers turn up and have just gotten them back from DLC. Please review pics before buying, as these have a serrated face, not a smooth one like all out other triggers have. No refunds or exchanges if you have to get them in your hands to realize "these are different". Im all other aspects, they are the same as our original HD-104-B.
I tried to give everyone a chance to buy one of my triggers as they are going to be out of stock for a bit until I can regroup. This has not worked in a viable manner.
I have gotten reports of people scalping them at ridiculous prices, and others come back over and over again, buying one trigger at a time and nothing else.
This is not what I intended to happen. It ties up our time with little to show for it.
Effective immediately, triggers are only being sold as part of a $150 minimum order. If you place an order containing a trigger for less than $150 of merchandise (not including shipping) it will not be filled.
Featuring the same design attributes that have made Harrison Design triggers a must-have on custom 1911s across the country, we are proud to release the newest Harrison Design trigger, the Tri-Cav! T
The Tri-Cav design sets itself apart from the traditional H-D Extreme Service triggers with solid shoes, while still offering the same features you've grown to expect.
Three lightening cavities are machined into the trigger shoe to lighten it and give it a special appearance.
All Tri-Cav triggers are made with hardened stainless steel bows that are micro-polished to reduce friction.
The Tri-Cav aluminum shoes are oversize in height allowing fitting to the individual pistol.
The "B" trigger is treated with Black DLC coating, for an all-black trigger.
The "N" trigger is natural aluminum and stainless steel for an all silver trigger.
The arced face of the trigger shoe is SERRATED !! with a radius from side to side, so your trigger finger doesn't feel any sharp square corners where the face meets the sides. It is free from serrations and holes for the over-travel screw that can chafe and abrade your trigger finger during long training sessions.
DO NOT attempt to turn the over-travel screw! The over-travel screw is permanently locked in place so it can't creep and render your pistol inoperative in an emergency. The initial adjustment to the over-travel stop is made by filing the tip and re-testing until the correct amount of over-travel is achieved.
Tri-Cav triggers are offered in long size only due to size constraints encountered.
This trigger does not fit EMPs !
Note that fitting by a knowledgeable installer is required to install this part.
