This rugged tactical magazine catch assures reliable retention of magazines and rapid release when they are depleted. The Extreme Service extended magazine catch features a 1/16" increased length on the button side of the catch to allow sure ejection of a spent magazine. It is designed and manufactured to prevent over stroking the catch, trapping the spent magazine you are trying to eject as can happen with extended catches from other makers. The button side face is equipped with positive non-slip serrations. The geometery of the ramp below the catch shelf is configured for easy lock-in and it's rare that I have to touch this surface.
