Product reviews for HD-206 Extreme Service firing pin stop for .45 Commander and smaller, all mid-caliber 1911s, S-70

Parts produced my Harrison Design are simply the best available anywhere at any price. The steels used seem to be a higher grade (harder) than what you will get from other "high-end" custom shops. The amount of extra material on this part is not excessive, just enough to allow for custom fitting to your specific firearm. With a little time and patience, this Firing Pin Stop will serve you well. Anyone that advertises their parts are drop-in are selling parts that are undersized to the point where safety and reliability are compromised or they are just plain lying.

Replace all my stock FPS's with John's.  He replied quickly and sent me helpful instructions so he could mill the FPS to OEM dimensions on my Ruger.  Part arrived quickly and is a perfect fit.
