We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail to United States mailing addresses only. Sorry, but we do not sell to or ship to any foreign addresses. 

Our shipping fee is based on the current rate for the USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box. This size box will typically contain most orders. The small box will normally hold up to 6 magazines. If you order more merchandise than will fit in the small flat rate box, then your shipping will be upgraded in size for a small additional fee. Or, if you order a relatively fragile item like a trigger and a heavy item like a sanding block, we will use a larger package and more padding to protect the trigger from damage. When your order ships, you will receive an email from the USPS giving you your tracking information, so please double-check your email address and shipping address when you check out or when you register.

Package Insurance - Harrison Design insures your package for up to $200.00 against loss or damage. If you have a package value in excess of $200.00, the cost for the added coverage will be added to your shipping cost. If you do not want the extra coverage, then you must send an email to john@HarrisonCustom.com stating that you do not want the added coverage and you will be responsible for any loss above $200.00. Include your order number in the Subject line and send this email as soon as you place the order.

Loss of Delivered Packages - If USPS package tracking shows the tracking status of your package as "Delivered", but you do not find it, that is between you and your letter carrier. I recommend going to your local postmaster and getting their help. Sometimes packages marked "Delivered" have been delivered to the wrong address. Your best solution is to go knock on doors and meet your neighbors.

We process and ship orders on a "Noon to Noon" cycle, meaning that if a order comes in after 12:00 pm EST, it will ship the next day.

Shipping transit time for Priority Mail is normally 2-3 business days, but that is not guaranteed by the USPS, nor is it refundable.

Transit time for Priority Express is normally 1-2 days, depending on destination, but does have a service guarantee, subject to USPS terms and conditions. So if you ship Priority Express and it arrives later than they state it should, then you may be entitled to a refund.
