This Harrison Design Extreme Service rear sight is the answer to customers who have asked me to produce a fixed rear sight to replace the factory installed adjustable target-style rear sight that Ruger uses on their SR1911 pistols. My sight gives you a rugged, easy handling rear sight with a great sight picture. All edges and corners are radiused to prevent snagging on clothing or your hands. The two-piece design allows mounting on Ruger's "Pocket-Style" sight cut. The sight notch has been left uncut so the customer can order a notch of sized and shaped to their own preference, or have their gunsmith do it. This version is a plain black sight with a serrated rear blade featuring no notch cut.
