Novak style cut, Wide U Notch Rear Sights

.170" wide U notch sights that fit slides machined for the Novak LoMount style .500 x 65 degree cut.

Three heights available - .325" (HD-004-WU), .350" (HD-004.5-WU) & .375" (HD-005-WU) to fit all applications!

Night Sight versions are available in all three heights in the popular 3-Dot pattern. Just add "-T2" tp the end of the part number

The HD-004-WU (.325") is the height of the original Novak LoMount sight, used primarily on Government Models and Commanders.

The HD-005-WU (.375") is the height of the "Tall" Novak LoMount used on the shorter 1911s, like the Officers ACP, Defender, Ultra Carry, etc.

The HD-004.5-WU (.350") is the height of some new models like Springfield's EMP-4 and Elite Models. It's also a great problem solving tool for Gunsmiths working to get the perfect height sight set on a 1911 without having to go too short or too tall. My favorite for Commanders!
